Barge
Peoria River Terminal has an excellent dock located at mile 160, right descending bank of the Illinois River. The dock consists of 3 mooring cells that are 20
foot in diameter, with steel sheeting and filled with concrete.
The terminal is OPA and Coast Guard approved and a member of the Tazewell County Oil Response Co-op.
A 500' 6" line connects the tank farm to the dock. The line is traced, insulated, and supplied with the heating, which allows barges to be loaded and unloaded at 250° F. |
